Itinerary:
0800-0900 / 1200-1300: Please meet at the hotel entrance 10 minutes in advance. Pick up times vary in the
Nandi area, / Denarau / Coral Coast .
0915 / 1315: Departing from the port of Denarau, a 60-minute voyage will take you on an island tour of
Mamanuca.
1015 / 1415: Arrive Cloud 9
1200 / 1600: Start your lunch or have a relaxing afternoon tea with your choice of cocktails
1500/1800: Take the speedboat back to Denarau Pier, then take the shuttle bus back to the hotel, end the
pleasant trip
Special Note: Need to bring: camera, sun hat, towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, pay for drinks and other activities
in cash.
The $60FJ voucher includes one drink and one Pizza. If you need any other consumption, please bring your
credit card. Cash is not accepted at the bar.

Terms & Conditions
Please note there is a surcharge of 3.5% charged (non-refundable) on total cost. In case of cancellation by either party at any point in time; the card surcharge of 3.5% and a booking fee of FJD4.01 per person remains non-refundable.
All of our bookings are subject to availability.
CLOUD 9 Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel over 48 hours before departure due to adverse weather reports: we will attempt to re-schedule you for another day. Should this be impossible due to your holiday schedule then a full refund will be Issued. *Refunds can take up to 7-14 days for processing.
For an unexpected injury: A warranted medical certificate should be presented to us, for a 50% refund. This is due to costs that are still incurred by separate transfer companies that are billed to CLOUD 9 regardless.
If you are not present on the day of your booking ie. no show, we are sorry but no refund will be issued.
Marine travel between ports to CLOUD 9 in Fiji can be affected by weather, issues related to transfer boats, or other issues beyond our control. CLOUD 9 recommends all our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against issues beyond our control. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, CLOUD 9 will not offer Refunds for transfers, meals, flights or accommodation.
